The achievement scholarship is a scholarship awarded by Bandar Lampung University in recognition of achievements during high school/vocational school/Islamic high school or equivalent, and a commitment to continue to excel in their respective fields.

Achievement Scholarship Information

  1. Achievement Scholarships can be in the form of Academic Achievement Scholarships or Non-Academic Achievement Scholarships:
    • Academic Achievement Scholarships in the form of winning scientific competitions or competitions in specific fields of science, organized by the Indonesian Government, Indonesian or International Competition Institutions, as evidenced by a Certificate or Letter of Reference from the Organizing Institution/Party.
    • Non-Academic Achievement Scholarships in the form of achievements in the fields of Arts, Culture, Sports, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Quran Memorization, or involvement in social activities, as evidenced by a Certificate or Letter of Reference from the Organizing Institution/Party.
  2. This type of scholarship is application-based, meaning that new students can apply after being accepted at Bandar Lampung University through the Madani Pathway and completing re-registration.
  3. Requirements for Scholarship Application Documents:
    1) Competition Certificate or Letter of Reference from the Organizing Institution/Party
    2) Letter of recommendation from the school principal
    3) Scanned copy of ID card
    4) Scanned copy of family card
    5) Scanned copy of parent’s e-ID card
    6) Scanned copy of diploma
    7) Scanned copy of graduation certificate
    8) Curriculum Vitae (personal data)
    9) Full body photo
    10) 3×4 passport photo
  4. Every new student who applies for an Achievement Scholarship will be scheduled for an interview.
  5. Announcement of Scholarship Category Determination based on accumulated points after new students have submitted their applications and met the necessary requirements in the form of an Achievement Certificate.
  6. Terms and Conditions for Tuition Fee Refunds: Tuition fee refunds are the difference in tuition fees paid during re-registration through the Madani pathway due to receiving a scholarship in a specific category; this difference will be refunded after new students have been awarded a scholarship. Refunds will be made via transfer to the bank account of the parent or guardian listed on the Family Card.
  7. Obligations for Achievement Scholarship Recipients:
    1) All Achievement Scholarship recipients must commit to achieving excellence in their respective fields each semester and report this to the Student Affairs and Alumni Relations Bureau for review of scholarship extension for the following semester.
    2) The review is based on academic progress and achievements in the current semester.
    3) Students will receive notification of the extension of the Achievement Scholarship via email provided by Bandar Lampung University to each student.

Achievement Scholarship Process

  1. Registration is conducted through the Madani program by completing the form at spmb.ubl.my.id.
    Please complete the form correctly and select the installment payment method.

  2. After completing the registration, prospective students (Camaba) will receive a payment notification via WhatsApp and email according to the registration data provided.

  3. Make the payment according to the invoice to obtain a Student Identification Number (NPM).

  4. After the payment is completed, prospective students will receive another notification via WhatsApp and email regarding scholarship offers, along with a link containing scholarship information.

  5. After obtaining the NPM, you are officially registered as a student of Universitas Bandar Lampung and may proceed with registration to use the UBL Apps system.

  6. Please register your account at ublapps.ubl.my.id.

  7. To apply for a scholarship, students can log in to UBL Apps, then go to the Scholarship menu and select the Scholarship submenu.

  8. Please choose the type of scholarship, then upload the required documents and input any achievements you have.

  9. After submitting all documents and requirements, scholarship applicants will proceed to the document selection stage.

  10. If the document selection is successful, applicants will be scheduled for a scholarship interview.

  11. Scholarship applicants will attend the scholarship interview as scheduled.

  12. The scholarship announcement will be published through the UBL Apps platform.

  13. If a student is accepted into the scholarship program, there will be a tuition fee refund mechanism based on the scholarship category and applicable regulations, as follows:

    a. K1 Scholarship Category: The refundable fee is the Development Fee.
    b. Withdrawal Policy: Refunds can only be requested if the student submits a withdrawal during the same registration period (intake/wave) in which they registered. If the registration period (intake/wave) has changed, refund requests cannot be submitted. The refundable fees include the PPK supporting fee and the Development Fee.
