AGVi – Automated Guided Vehicle Intelligent
A white automated guided robot (AGV) operating inside PT GMF's aircraft repair shop. The robot is designed to replace humans in moving heavy components, improving efficiency and safety.
Challenge:PT GMF faces the problem of low productivity and high risk of work injuries due to the manual process of moving aircraft spare parts in a large hangar.
Solution :UBL developed AGVi, a sensor-based autonomous vehicle system capable of moving heavy components precisely and automatically to optimize operational workflows.
Steel Plasma Cutting
UBL's Steel Plasma Cutting technology is a precision steel cutting system capable of producing cleaner, faster cuts with minimal material waste. This innovation supports operational sustainability by reducing machine downtime and improving the quality of steel output.
Challenge : One of the largest steel producers in Indonesia faces high production costs due to rapid wear and tear of conventional cutting machines and poor cut quality resulting in additional costs for cleaning up scrap material.
Solution :Through the implementation of a precision plasma cutting system, UBL helps industries minimize blade wear, optimize raw material usage, and overall reduce maintenance and production costs.
Fleet Tracking Management System (VASCE)
