Rekainovasi Scholarship for Creative and Innovative Achievements
Scholarships are available for prospective students who have a strong interest in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. These scholarships are only available for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics, and Architecture majors. Prospective students must be willing to participate in a pre-college program at the designated study center. This scholarship is one of the Bandar Lampung University Scholarship Programs, a tangible manifestation of UBL’s status as the best and most innovative university.
Rekainovasi Scholarship Information
Recipients of the Reka Inovasi Scholarship will be placed in Study Centers and Laboratories that match their interests, where the activities of the Study Centers and Laboratories provide a forum for students and lecturers to conduct research and community service that accommodates interdisciplinary curricula, so that students from various study programs can participate to broaden their knowledge and expertise, while also implementing the results in the community and industry.
In addition to the opportunity to receive scholarships, UBL also provides a platform for prospective students to create and innovate together with researchers, both in the form of research and community service, by participating in Impactful Internship Programs at Study Centers and Laboratories.
This type of scholarship is application-based, meaning that new students can apply after being accepted at Bandar Lampung University through the Madani Pathway and completing re-registration.
If the application is accepted by Bandar Lampung University, new students are required to participate in a 3-week Pre-College program at a designated Study Center or Laboratory according to their chosen study program.
The academic programs available under the Reka Inovasi Scholarship are:
a. Civil Engineering,
b. Mechanical Engineering,
c. Architecture,
d. Information Systems,
e. Computer Science.
The announcement of scholarship category awards is based on:
a. Participation in Pre-College activities and
b. Recommendations from the Center.
The study programs offered under the Reka Inovasi Scholarship are:
a. Civil Engineering,
b. Mechanical Engineering,
c. Architecture,
d. Information Systems, and
e. Informatics.
The announcement of scholarship categories is based on:
a. Participation in Pre-College activities, and
b. Recommendations from designated study centers or laboratories.
Provisions for Refund of Overpayment: Overpayment refers to the difference in tuition fees paid during re-registration through the Madani Pathway due to receiving a scholarship in a specific category; this difference will be refunded after new students have received their scholarship approval.
Requirements for the Reka Inovasi Scholarship:
Scan of the prospective student’s E-KTP. Scan of Student Card. Scan of Mother’s E-KTP

Scan of High School/Vocational School/Islamic High School Diploma
Scan of Graduation Certificate (SKL)
Scan and Original Letter of Recommendation from the Principal
Scan of Championship Certificate (as filled in on the Digital Form)
Personal Photo (4R Full Body)
Obligations for Reka Inovasi Scholarship Recipients:
a. Students receiving the Reka Inovasi Scholarship are required to study at the designated Study Center or Laboratory for 20 hours per week. b. Study activities at the designated Study Center or Laboratory can be carried out when there are no lectures and must be adjusted to the schedule set by the Study Center or Laboratory.
c. To monitor academic and non-academic progress, students receiving the Reka Inovasi Scholarship are required to submit reports every semester.
d. A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 is required to be eligible for a Scholarship Extension Recommendation from the designated Study Center or Laboratory.
e. Extension of the Reka Inovasi Scholarship is based on recommendations from the designated Study Center or Laboratory, with criteria including student activities in both soft skills (behavior, discipline, and communication) and hard skills (knowledge and expertise).
f. Extensions will be granted through a Rector’s Decree issued by the Student Affairs and Alumni Relations Bureau.
g. The number of extension semesters is up to 8 (eight) semesters.
The announcement of the achievement scholarship extension will be received by students via email provided by Bandar Lampung University to each student.
Rekainovasi Scholarship Process
Registration through Madani by filling out the form at spmb.ubl.my.id.
Fill out the form correctly and select the installment payment method.
After registering, prospective students will receive a payment notification via WhatsApp and email according to the registration data.
Make the payment according to the invoice to obtain a Student Identification Number.
After making the payment, prospective students will receive another notification via WhatsApp and email according to the registration data regarding scholarship offers and will include a link to scholarship information.
After obtaining your NPM, you are officially a student of Bandar Lampung University and can register to use the ublapps system.
Please register your account on the ublapps.ubl.my.id page.
To apply for a scholarship, students can log in to the ublapps page and go to the scholarship menu, then the scholarship submenu.
Please select the type of scholarship, then input the scholarship requirements and the student’s achievements.
After filling out the documents and requirements, scholarship applicants will go through a document screening process.
If the document screening is passed, an interview will be scheduled.
Scholarship candidates will be scheduled for a scholarship interview.
Scholarship candidates will attend the scholarship interview.
Scholarship candidates will receive notification through the ublapps page.
If the student is accepted into the scholarship program, there is a mechanism for refunding tuition fees already paid, in accordance with the amount received and the terms and conditions.
Prospective scholarship recipients will be scheduled for a scholarship interview.
Prospective scholarship students will undergo a scholarship interview.
Prospective scholarship students will receive an announcement via the ublapps page.
If a student is accepted into the scholarship program, there is a mechanism for refunding tuition fees that have been paid in accordance with the scholarship amount and conditions. The mechanism is as follows:
a. For those who receive K1 Scholarship Category, the amount that can be refunded is the Development Fee.
b. If withdrawing, a refund can only be processed if you submit your withdrawal request during the registration period (wave) when you applied. If the registration period (wave) has changed, you cannot request a refund. The fees that can be refunded are the PPK Support Fee and the Development Fee.
